  16.                    These files are an unregistered copy of "DIY Lottery".

  18.   "The Author" is the writer, publisher and sole distributor of The Software.

  20.   "The Purchaser"  refers to the individual,  group or  organisation to whom
  21.                    The Software has been supplied by The Author.
